Repurchased Products | Daily Dose of Hue

Thanks to quarantine I have been forced to stop shopping for cosmetics and be more aware of where I waste my money. As hard as that was I had no choice but to start budgeting myself. Am I 100% obedient? No! but I am 78% better. There are still times I get something here and there but for the most part I try to purchase items I know and like. Here they are for you in no particular order.

I have been using black eyeliner since the 6th grade. I started with eyeliner and have not changed it ever since. One of my favorite eyeliners at the moment is from Wet n Wild. I love it because it stays in place and does not move. However it is very water proof and you need of an oil base makeup remover to really get it out. I love how black it applies to my eyes and it just pops. I always get compliments when I wear it. Its very affordable and easy to handle. H2O proof eyeliner in the color black.

Hourglass Vanish seamless finish foundation stick and Ambient Lighting Edit Mini face palette are a must. Hourglass is on the expensive side for me right now. However, the products really go a long way and the quality is great. I always struggle finding the right shade of foundation and I just keep going back to my Hourglass Stick. And the Palette I just adore, I keep hitting pan on the setting powder more so than the blush, highlight or contour shade. I really want to get me another one but I should really try and hit pan completely before I buy another. I am just afraid that they will not bring it back.

Lets talk lips, I am very simple with my lips and the less time I spend on them the better. I am not one to reapply my lipstick ever. I want to just stick to matte and liquid lipstick and be done. I am so happy that Maybelline came out with a range of many shades in the Super Stay Matte Ink liquid lipstick and with an awesome formula that does not feel super over dry on my lips. I always go to them for any time or occasion and they set quick. Also, they don't get all crusty and nasty looking on the lips. Though for better application you should moisturize your lips.

Moving on to my least favorite part of my routine, brows. I am not one to like the thick brows or the much filled in brows. However, I do like to mark the bottom part of my brows to define them. I have not had to repurchase the Benefit Ka-Brow Cream-Gel with brush, since it has lasted me forever, but when the time comes I will. The applicator that it comes with is very easy to use, you just have to clean it up because it can get gunky. I love the formula because it is not to thick and easy to build up if you wanted to. I feel like a small amount goes a long way. Then again I am a very minimal type of gal when it comes to my makeup. I feel the less the better.

Bringing it all together is my favorite part and for that I use the Morphe Continuous Setting Mist. I am very picky on my setting mists for many reasons, mostly ones that don't break me out or are to fragranced. That is why I love the mist by Morphe. It is just the perfect combination for my face and the spray is very soft when I spray it and it just sets my makeup perfectly.

Last but not least, how do I remove my makeup? I have been using the Neutrogena Makeup Removing Towelettes since I was in high school. This will take off everything from my face. I am not sure if they have any oil in them. I find that they take off even the waterproof makeup. My face is very sensitive to oils and I try to stay away from the oil base makeup removers. I feel that these towelettes get the job done and do not break me out. I would have to check the ingredients for any oils but if there is very minimal.

Thank you for making it this far. These are my most used and favorite products and products I definitely continue to repurchase. I hope you all enjoy posts like this and feel free to let me know what type of posts you would like to see next. XOXO
